Ushbu Maxfiylik siyosati LETI mobil ilovasi (keyingi o‘rinlarda “Ilova”) foydalanuvchilarning shaxsiy ma’lumotlarini qanday to‘plashi, ishlatishi va himoya qilishini tushuntiradi. Ilovadan foydalanish orqali siz ushbu siyosat shartlariga rozilik bildirasiz.

1. Biz to‘playdigan ma’lumotlar

Ilovadan foydalanish jarayonida biz quyidagi ma’lumotlarni to‘plashimiz mumkin:

Telefon raqami — ro‘yxatdan o‘tish va tizimga kirish uchun (SMS orqali bir martalik kod yuboriladi).
Ism va familiya — profilingizni shaxsiylashtirish uchun.
Jinsi va tug‘ilgan sanangiz — ixtiyoriy, faqat siz kiritsangiz.
Profil rasmi (avatar) — ixtiyoriy, faqat siz yuklasangiz.
Yetkazib berish manzili (viloyat, tuman, ko‘cha va aloqa uchun telefon) — faqat ichki mukofot do‘konidan (LETI Coin evaziga) mahsulot buyurtma qilsangiz.
O‘quv faoliyati ma’lumotlari — kurs jarayoni, darslar, test natijalari, faollik va LETI Coin balansi.

Ilova reklama ko‘rsatmaydi, uchinchi tomon reklama identifikatorlarini (Advertising ID) ishlatmaydi va joylashuv (GPS) ma’lumotlarini to‘plamaydi.

2. Ma’lumotlardan qanday foydalanamiz

Hisobingizni yaratish va tizimga kirishingizni ta’minlash;
O‘quv jarayoningizni saqlash va ko‘rsatish (kurs, darslar, natijalar);
Xizmatni yaxshilash va texnik qo‘llab-quvvatlash;
Ichki mukofot do‘konidagi buyurtmalarni yetkazib berish (agar foydalansangiz).

3. Ma’lumotlarni uchinchi tomonlarga berish

Biz sizning shaxsiy ma’lumotlaringizni sotmaymiz va reklama maqsadida uchinchi tomonlarga bermaymiz. Ma’lumotlar faqat quyidagi holatlarda ishlatiladi:

SMS xizmat ko‘rsatuvchisi — telefon raqamingizga bir martalik tasdiqlash kodini yuborish uchun (faqat shu maqsadda).
Qonun talab qilgan hollarda vakolatli davlat organlariga.

4. Ma’lumotlar xavfsizligi

Ilova serverlar bilan faqat shifrlangan HTTPS ulanishi orqali ma’lumot almashadi. Kirish ma’lumotlaringiz (tokenlar) qurilmangizda xavfsiz saqlanadi. Biz ma’lumotlaringizni ruxsatsiz kirishdan himoya qilish uchun tegishli texnik va tashkiliy choralarni ko‘ramiz.

5. Ma’lumotlarni saqlash muddati

Ma’lumotlaringiz hisobingiz faol bo‘lgan davrda saqlanadi. Hisobingizni o‘chirsangiz, shaxsiy ma’lumotlaringiz o‘chiriladi (moliyaviy/buxgalteriya yozuvlari qonun talab qilsa, shaxsingizni aniqlab bo‘lmaydigan holatda saqlanishi mumkin).

6. Hisobni va ma’lumotlarni o‘chirish

Siz istalgan vaqtda ilova ichida Sozlamalar → Hisobni o‘chirish orqali hisobingizni va shaxsiy ma’lumotlaringizni butunlay o‘chirishingiz mumkin. O‘chirilgandan so‘ng bu amalni ortga qaytarib bo‘lmaydi. Qo‘shimcha yordam uchun quyidagi manzilga murojaat qiling.

7. Bolalar maxfiyligi

Ilova 16 yosh va undan katta foydalanuvchilar uchun mo‘ljallangan. Biz 16 yoshdan kichik bolalardan bila turib shaxsiy ma’lumot to‘plamaymiz. Kichik yoshdagi o‘quvchilar ota-ona yoki o‘qituvchi nazorati ostida foydalanishlari kerak.

8. Siyosatga o‘zgartirishlar

Biz ushbu siyosatni vaqti-vaqti bilan yangilashimiz mumkin. Muhim o‘zgarishlar haqida ilova orqali xabar beramiz. Yangilangan sana yuqorida ko‘rsatiladi.

This Privacy Policy explains how the LETI mobile application (the “App”) collects, uses, and protects users’ personal information. By using the App, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Phone number — for registration and sign-in (a one-time code is sent via SMS).
First and last name — to personalize your profile.
Gender and date of birth — optional, only if you provide them.
Profile photo (avatar) — optional, only if you upload it.
Delivery address (region, district, street, contact phone) — only if you order an item from the in-app reward shop using LETI Coin.
Learning activity data — course progress, lessons, test results, activity, and LETI Coin balance.

The App shows no ads, does not use third-party advertising identifiers (Advertising ID), and does not collect location (GPS) data.

2. How We Use Information

To create your account and enable sign-in;
To store and display your learning progress (course, lessons, results);
To improve the service and provide technical support;
To deliver reward-shop orders (if you use them).

3. Sharing With Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for advertising. Data is used only in the following cases:

SMS provider — to send a one-time verification code to your phone (for this purpose only).
To authorized government bodies where required by law.

4. Data Security

The App communicates with servers only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Your access credentials (tokens) are stored securely on your device. We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is deleted (financial/accounting records may be kept in a de-identified form where required by law).

6. Account and Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time from within the App via Settings → Delete account. This action cannot be undone. For further help, contact us at the address below.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. Younger students should use the App under the supervision of a parent or teacher.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. The updated date is shown above.
